Kasangga Partylist Representative Teodorico Haresco (left) was the Guest of Honor during the 2011 Cosmotec College Graduation Ceremonies held last August 31, 2011 at the Gymnasium of the Batasan Complex where a total of sixty-two (62) Kasangga scholars graduated from TESDA-accredited courses offered by the Cosmotec College. Mrs. Laly Nava of the Kasangga Foundation assisted Cong. Haresco in the distribution of certificates of completion to the graduates. Eighty percent (80%) of the Cosmotec graduates who enjoyed Kasangga scholarships are now presently employed.
